Message	when the official opening was for either track. I know the started EC first but took a long time to open. They won't be holding any NASA races at HHR due to sound restrictions. I'd love to get a membership there since it's so close to my house but I can't afford the cost of that on top of hitting all the other tracks that NASA visits each season. The local club is supposed to go there early in the new year though so hopefully I can drive it then.
